Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Maya Kidron Coaching services and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

Maya Kidron Coaching provides professional coaching services including but not limited to:

• Career coaching and guidance

• Life coaching and personal development

• Leadership development coaching

• Transition and change management support

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Attend scheduled sessions punctually

• Give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations

• Respect the coaching process and maintain confidentiality

• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions

Coach Responsibilities

Maya Kidron Coaching commits to:

• Provide professional coaching services

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information

• Respect client autonomy and decision-making

• Provide a safe and supportive coaching environment

• Adhere to professional coaching standards and ethics

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is strictly confidential. Information will only be disclosed with your written consent or as required by law. This confidentiality extends to all forms of communication including emails, messages, and session notes.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment Terms

• Payment is due prior to or at the time of service

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking

• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations

• Late cancellations may result in full session charges

• Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Limitations and Disclaimers

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Maya Kidron Coaching:

• Does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions

• Cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results

• Is not responsible for decisions made by clients

• Recommends professional therapy when appropriate

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and methodologies provided during coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of Maya Kidron Coaching. Clients may use these materials for personal development but may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Maya Kidron Coaching's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with reasonable notice. Prepaid sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, subject to the cancellation policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or mediation.
